The key is that individuals must lose themselves (self-conscious giving way to being known) in the process, only to find themselves at the other end standing as one before the King. YES, there's a momentary flush of embarrassment...corporately. YES, there's the feeling of heaven touching earth. YES, we are all changed.

Funny thing is it often is so personal (isn't that just like God), that the person standing next to you simply didn't, wouldn't, couldn't go there. That's why I like OC's approach. One worshipping heart to another says, "That's OK. I'm still glad you're here."
